About this role
Own the design of Tembo and shape the visual language we apply to services projects — from user research to shipped pixels.
Must have
- 3+ years designing consumer or B2B web products that shipped
- Fluent in Figma; comfortable moving from research → wireframes → high-fidelity → handoff
- Ability to hold product and brand identity together (visual + interaction + copy)
- Able to run your own usability sessions and synthesize findings into design decisions
- Portfolio showing at least one before/after where your design materially changed a metric
Nice to have
- Background in flashcard, learning, or education products (for Tembo)
- Motion/prototyping experience (Framer, Principle, or After Effects)
- Experience collaborating with engineers on design-system maintenance
Compensation
Competitive base + equity, commensurate with experience.
